Energy isn’t a renewable source. I think the only reason that feels so jarring to hear is because we often times fall into the trap of constantly trying to generate whatever energy or emotion we need to access. Leading to burnout. When really what we need to do a lot of times is just sit with said energy for a second. Or lack thereof. Energy is currency. And a crush is just a lack of information regarding how low your account is about to get.
